Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our master jewelers have inspected and processed your return.
